西恩·列侬，日文名小野太郎，约翰·列侬和小野洋子之子。他的声线像极了父亲约翰·列侬，但他并不是什么父母的复制品，他对音乐有着自己的想法。他摸索出了自己的音乐风格，对商业运作嗤之以鼻。

出身于这个家庭，西恩·列侬从小就开始接触音乐。他妈妈的唱片中就出现过他的声音。很长时间，西恩·列侬都活在父亲遇刺的阴影里。为了让孩子远离媒体的轰炸，小野洋子还把他送去了瑞士的一个寄宿学校。

在好友迈克尔·杰克逊的建议下，西恩·列侬正式开始了自己的音乐生涯。1998 年他推出首张专辑《Into the Sun（走入阳光）》，2006 年他推出了第二张专辑《Friendly Fire（志同道合）》，《Parachute（降落伞）》这首歌就收录在其中。
